Tanuvee Agarwal is a budding entrepreneur, who has envisioned a chain of culinary hubs in India. She is the CEO and the Head Chef of Atticus. Born and raised in New Delhi, India, she has worked and studied internationally for an extensive part of her life. She attained her bachelors of arts in culinary arts from Culinary Arts Academy, Switzerland and University of Derby, England. Furthermore, she is certified in Food and Beverage management from Cornell University.
Tanuvee has worked at reputed establishments like Le cirque, New Delhi, India, Atelier Crenn (3 Michelin), San Francisco, USA and Restaruant Gina, Lausanne, Switzerland. While in San Francisco, she learned more about sustainable food and its incorporation in daily life and was astounded by the absence of this factor in the Indian food industry. Thus, giving rise to her primary objective: to open a high end sustainable catering company in Delhi NCR/South Delhi, shortly followed by a chain of ‘green’ restaurants.
Furthermore, Tanuvee is an advent believer in building base up and hence, loves to disect idealogies and remould them to current needs. Leading to her other objective: to put forward a new food trend attuned to remoulding human roots and traditions.
